Twin Screw Extruders

Two twin screw extruders - capacity to produce 90 tons per month. It is capable of producing all types of ready to eat extruded snacks at different shapes and with advanced PLC control to produce the desired product with crunchiness. By using the same extruder it is possible to produce co-extruded products like center filled products etc.,

Ribbon Blender

SS Ribbon blender made of food grade SS, & has the capacity to blend all types of flours & granules as per the formulation. It has the option to blend the ingredients in both clock wise and anti-clock wise direction to get perfect blending of ingredients.

Coating Pan

Coating Pan is used for are used to sugar coat the products. The product is to be filled inside the pan. During the rotation motion, coating material is sprayed by spraying system according to the technological process and rational technological process. So process materials (product) are coated due to rotating pan. The coating round pot is rotated by variable speed. At the same time hot air is supplied through inbuilt Hot air blower system which dries rapidly (heating or cooling) and evenly thus forming a solid and smooth surface.

Dryer

Drying is an essential unit operation used in food process industries. The mechanism of drying is well understood as a two-stage process and depends on the drying medium and the moisture content of the product being dried.

One measure of efficiency is the ratio of the minimum quantity of heat that will remove the required water to the energy actually provided for the process. Sensible heat can also be added to the minimum, as this added heat in the material often cannot be economically recovered.

  • Drying may be defined as the vaporization and removal of water or other liquids from a solution, suspension, or other solid-liquid mixture to form a dry solid
  • The effectiveness of drying processes can have a large impact on product quality and process efficiency
  • Advantage of drying materials in this way is a less damaging drying process.
  • This technique can apply heat indirectly to the product by forcing physical contact with the shelf.

Packing Machine

FFS packaging machines (form fill and seal) are an innovative solution for primary packaging of foods.

Vertical form fill seal (VFFS) packaging machines helps for a good reason: They are fast, economical packaging solutions that conserve valuable plant floor space.

  • Improves the unwinding process, especially when the film rolls are heavy.
  • This ensures that the film will not wander from side to side as it is moving.
  • Sensors detect the edge of the film. If the edge of the film shifts out of position, a signal is generated to move the actuator and cause the carriage to shift to one side or the other as needed to bring the edge of the film back to the correct position.
  • Pull down belts that utilize vacuum suction to grip the packaging film can be substituted for friction belts if desired.

Flaker

We have hot air conventional dryer installed Flaker that has the capacity to dry 500kg of extruder snacks per hour. It is in built with advanced temperature control system which help us to maintain the temperature in all the 5 stages unanimously. The unique hot air circulation method help us to give smooth bite & crunchy product without any discoloration in the finished products.

Noodles & Pasta Line

Our Noodles & Pasta lines are capable to produce Regular Noodles, Millet Noodles, Instant Noodles (Maggie Type) & Hakka Noodles in different natural flavours. And, We also produce in different shapes of pasta including Penne, Elbow Shape (Macaroni), Screw Shape (Fusilli), etc.

Cookies

Starting from mixing all the ingredients together to prepping dough. To give the different shapes to the cookies the dough is laminated into the sheets and its passed through the gauge rollers to get perfect sheet thickness for cutting. Then the moulded biscuits are put into the ovens for baking and the temperature is set accordingly.
