Our in-house teams specializing in product development, sampling, nutrition tabling, cost control, production, designing, and packing teams work in tandem to provide a consistent and reliable one-stop shop for all your food product manufacturing requirements.
The Scale : Our manufacturing facilities are spread about an area of 15 acres. The total built-up area is about 110,000 sq. ft. The main production area is about 80,000 Sq.ft; the storage godown space is about 30,000 sq. ft. The Factory has got the bulk capacity to receive and stock 10,000 tones of raw materials.
The Equipment : Our SOUs (Strategic Operation Units) have all the critical plant & machinery such as Noodles plant, traditional South Indian snacks line, Roasters, Hammer mills, Pulverizers, Multi-mills, Ribbon blenders, and Premixes, Hullers, Dryers, Single & Twin Screw Extruders, Drum Dryer, to the most advanced lines.
Operations Support : The unit has an in-house workshop for meeting the mechanical and electrical requirements, ably managed by experienced Engineers and Technicians, etc.
Labs : Our operations are supported by two comprehensive NABL-certified labs for quality adherence checks and also to work on the new product innovation.
Environment : The entire factory is situated in an eco-friendly, non-polluted environment. The unit has all the necessary statutory and regulatory clearances from the Pollution Control Board, and the Department of Explosives & Fire Department.
